When you feel like quitting remember that the pain you feel today will be replaced with the strength you need tomorrow. Remember that every ounce of pain you feel is building a stronger you, a stronger body, a stronger mind, and a stronger character. So push through the pain don't let it stop you force it to grow you. Don’t back down for the pain. Face it feel no pain there is no pain that painful last rep that's nothing. Give me more push harder too tired too hard too busy too early to stress no excuses. When i feel like quitting i remember there are too many people i need to prove wrong. When i feel like quitting i remember i have too much to fight for i will not quit sleep ins... They’re for grandmas. I’m up I’m ready to go. Quitting that’s for those who have no heart I do not quit you greatest physique. You greatest health, you greatest strength.it doesn't come with average effort if you want average results keep showing up and giving average effort. If you want to be at your best you will have to give your best effort. Make an oath to yourself that you will not walk out of any training session any game anything without giving 110% of your soul. Whenever you think is your limit push past it. Whatever you think is your max sees if you can get 10% more out results don't lie.



It all comes down to one simple question: How bad do you want it? And when you feel like quitting give me 10 more nothing great is going to come if you quit. I know it's hard. I know you are tired. I know it seems impossible. But you must keep going sticks it out and get your reward develop a strong mind and you will live a strong life, strong mind, and strong life.

Today we are talking a look at mirror even if you don't follow fitness you've probably come across this high design, high-tech piece of equipment in your social media feeds or on ads seemingly everywhere. But what exactly is it? Mirror is a smart mirror that streams both on-demand and lives fitness classes from a companion app so you can workout at home.

That might not sound so novel, but mirror puts its instruction front and centre, along with your own reflection. Kind of like talking a private class every time workouts include cardio, yoga, bar, boxing, Pilates, strength and stretching in levels one beginner to four advanced. There are more than 70 live classes a week and a halfty collection of on-demand options




Why is it so popular?

If there one thing the fitness world loves it's a trend and mirror is one of several brands, hello peloton that has capitalized on two. The increasing popularity of connected fitness and the rise of boutique fitness studios mirror already has a competitor in fact called the echelon reflect, which we're also testing. Connected fitness refers to streamed on-demand workouts done at home that allow for everything a brick and mortar studio offers. Like the ability to follow a favourite instructor  or a live foster community feel minus all travel and scheduling constraints. And boutique fitness studios are giving traditional gyms a run for their money. Boutique studios like orange theory, berry's boot camp and barre3 took 40% of fitness industry market share in 2017. And from 2013 to 2017 the number of people holding memberships to boutique studios rose by 121%.



What’s it exactly like to use mirror?

The mirror app is your home base where you can browse workout type and choose a class you’ll see what equipment you'll need what exercises you'll do what order you'll do them in, and for how long. You can also read instructor bios so you know exactly who you're dealings with. During a workout you instructor is right there with your own reflection, which can take a beat or two to get used to. Mirror has its own music stations and also supports Spotify premium you can adjust the volume of the music and the volume of the instructor independently depending on who you want to hear more from. And as you work out the screen displays a countdown clock, calories burned, and if the Bluetooth heart rate monitor is connected, real-time heart rate data it also shows the name of other people taking the class whether the workout is live or on-demand.



Instructors have access to your profile, heart rate data, and class milestones, and they give shout outs so if you're in a live class you might get out. at the end of it all you get the chance to take a congratulatory selfie. One-on-one personal training via a camera at the top of the mirror wills debut later this year. A lens cap is provided so you can close off that window into your world at well. Mirror is attractive; it operates seamlessly, has solid programming, and is pretty fun to use. It’s not however cheap, you'll pay $1495 for the mirror, which includes resistance band, a heart rate monitor, and a screen cleaning kit $250 for setup and delivery and $39 a month for the subscription. That comes to $2213. So you're looking at nearly $200 a month for the first year, compare that to roughly $52, which is the national average cost of a monthly gym membership, and it's an investment. But as we all know, sometimes you can't or don't want to leave home to work out, and group classes or one-on-one training can be incredibly motivating. So we can see why owning a mirror or some other piece of connected fitness equipment may be worthwhile. But whether it makes sense for you depends on your particular situation and goals.

When you are going a gym regularly but you don’t know what type of things to need in gym and what is the essential thing that should be in your gym bag and I consider maybe adding to your gym bag I would definitely enhance and benefit.

Weight lifting belt:
weight lifting belt so a lot of these tools that are recommended for gym use definitely have their pros and cons there's guys that say you don't need them while guys say that you do need that them personally. I say you should try it and decide for yourself ideally have a weight belt works is by adding pressure inside the abdominal cavity as you push up on it say when you're doing a deadlift this pushes back on the spine from the outside and that outside an inside pressure acts kind of like a stabilizer for your spine keeping it straight and reducing stress as you do lips like some people saw swear by it others say you don't need it.


Towel:

THE AVERAGE MILLINER WAKES UP AT 4AM. Dwayne 'The rock' Johnson  routine he starts a day at 4 o'clock in the morning he was start with his cardio and complete there breakfast and then go to the gym and then go to work.


Some of you all have no idea what 4am looks like

 Why would you not wake up at 4:30? Because you’re too busy sleeping in, too busy hitting the snooze button multiple time. Excuses sound best to the person that’s making them up. Wake up before the enemy. Take responsibility to make your life happen. Awaken the beast inside wake up at 4am so I begin to tell myself there must be a reason.

When you have something to do when you have someone to love when you have something to look forward to, you get up in the morning. People who have something to look forward to don't need an alarm clock because they have a reason for being pay your dues to get where you want to be in life. You decided that you not going to allow your circumstances to define you. You decided that you not going to allow the events, things, people, and life determine who you become.

Sheep follow the leader. They follow the herd. They don't know where they are going. Many times they are led to the slaughterhouse but they keep following they don't lead they don't use their mind.

A lion leads it's about having the courage to stand and fight for your life having the strength to go bravely in your own direction. Even if others walk away you tread your own path. only you know what's best for you. Only you know what path to take only you know your courage. Your strength your heart everyone has the heart of a lion inside of them let it out let it scream out of you like the lion unleash the beast in your attitude.

What you think what you do and what you feel about yourself attitude is everything. In life guess why whether you rise or fall everything is based on the attitude. That you showed at that moment.

listen carefully l've been through tough time l've experienced it and i want you to know l've experienced it and I want you to know that it wasn’t my money that bought me this far.
